Mr. Hardas, learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions made a motion for withdrawal of the petition. 2.

Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.

It is directed that if the petitioner takes out any representation for regularization of the space which he is alleged to have encroached and carried out construction, the same be decided expeditiously.

However, it is clarified that in case, if the construction in relation to which the notice is issued, is not demolished, no action of demolition be taken for a period of one week. [NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.] BGP.
