The prayer is for restoration of the Family Court Appeal which was dismissed for nonprosecution. There is another prayer for incorporating additional ground in the Memorandum of Appeal. When this application came up on Board on 6th April, 2016, parties were informed that the Appeal itself will be taken up for final disposal today. In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b).
