The learned counsel submitted that the Sudesh Vinodkumar Patni is a Power of Attorney Holder of his mother-Snehalata Vinodkumar Patni and sister-Nayana Dhirendra Shah, who are also appellants. The learned counsel submitted that the appellants are landlords and they have filed this Appeal against the tenants/respondents, however, they have settled the matter out of the Court. Hence, as per the instructions and the letter dated 16th March, 2018, the learned counsel wants to withdraw this Appeal.

The learned counsel for the appellants is allowed to withdraw the Second Appeal.

Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
