The primary relief is in prayer Clause (b) to the Petition. Petitioners are seeking a direction to Respondents to provide documents, as requested in letter dated 23rd January 2023. Mr.Adkine for Respondent No.2 states that the documents will be made available within two days of Petitioners paying the requisite fees. Dr.Thorat states that even in the letter of 23rd January 2023, Petitioners had given an undertaking to pay the requisite charges for obtaining the documents. In view of the above, Petition disposed.
We clarify we have not made any observations on the merits of the matter.
Dr.Thorat seeks stay of the order dated 12th March 2021 [incorrectly mentioned as "12th March 2022 in prayer Clause (c) of the Petition]. Stay refused.
