1] This petition is filed for following relief;

(a) The Honourable Court be pleased to give Order, direction to appoint CBI and/or any other Central Agency to investigate the petitioner whole case of harassment, killing and threats to his life and his family members and extorted huge money from petitioner and charge sheet be filed accordingly; (b) Sr. Inspector of Police, Nagpada, Mumbai be directed to hand over whole case of extortion, any investigation, documents to CBI and/or by some Central Agency be investigated and charge sheet be file in the case;"

2] The aforesaid reliefs are claimed on the basis of the 1/2

osk 17-wp-738-2016.odt Petitioner's complaint dated 11.08.2009, which is annexed at Exh.E. We have perused the said complaint. The Petitioner has made the said complaint to the Chief Minister of Maharashtra and copy of the same was sent to the Director General of Police and other Police Stations. It is apparent that the Petitioner has not approached the Station House Officer of the concerned Police Station. 3] Be that as it may, the Pydhonie Police Station, Mumbai had enquired into the said complaint of the Petitioner and found that the disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.3 and 4 are of Civil Nature and, accordingly, directed the Petitioner to approach the concerned Court. The Petitioner was accordingly informed by the communication dated 26.12.2013. The copy of the said communication is also annexed at page 58 of the compilation. 4] In view of the above, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
