The learned counsel for the petitioner after taking instruction from his client who is present in court makes a statement that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file afresh complaint challenging the termination order dated 31.5.2016. To that effect, he has given in writing on Farad. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for its identification. Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh complaint challenging the termination order.
