The above Criminal Application has been filed for stay pending the above Criminal Revision Application. The above Criminal Revision Application has been admitted by a Learned Single Judge of this Court by order dated 25.07.2016. The above Criminal Revision Application had thereafter come up for hearing before another Learned Single Judge of this Court as the rule on interim relief was made returnable. On 23.09.2016 the Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1­wife sought time to take instructions whether the Respondent No.1­wife would want to withdraw the application and file a fresh application in the event she has no source of income. However, the above Criminal Revision Application has appeared from time to time but BGP.

no such statement has been made and the Respondent No.1­wife has not been represented after 23.09.2016. There is an ad­interim relief which is operating in favour of the Applicant. The Criminal Application is accordingly allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of. [R.M.SAVANT, J] BGP.
