By a reasoned order dated 17 February 2017, the applicant was granted interim relief.

It is the allegation against the applicant that the applicant was stalking at the first informant and expressed his love for her and insisted her to reciprocate the same. As the first informant was aged about 16 years, the provisions of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act are applied to the present crime. 3.

After perusal of the first information report and the record pertaining to the investigation of the present crime, this Court is of

In view thereof, interim relief granted by order dated 17th February 2017 is hereby confirmed.
