By an order dated 12th February, 2015 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 199/2015, the applicant herein was protected till 20th February, 2015. The applicant was directed to appear before the Trial Court with a further direction to the Trial Court to decide the application on the same day. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was ill. He has placed on record the Medical Certificate. In view of this the time to surrender is extended upto 5.00 p.m. on 28th February, 2015.
