Heard learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties. 2.

Mr. Deshpande was fair enough to submit before this Court that though certain issues are raised in the Petition, the fact of the matter is the Petitioners have submitted a representation to the office of the Chief Minister and the office of the Chief Secretary on 25th February, 2015 wherein specific grievances are referred to and raised seeking redressal of issues. 3.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submitted that due to certain technical difficulties the representation could not be decided till date. It is submitted that though there was an authority in the form of three members committee was constituted for considering identical issues, but due to unforseen difficulties such as Umesh Malani

9.WP.3520.2021.doc the pandemic situation etc, the committee was unable to take decision. Learned AGP submits before this Court that now a committee has taken a decision and the decision of the concerned department i.e. Respondent No. 1 - Urban Development Department is awaited.

In view of this fact, in our opinion, the Petition can be disposed of at the admission stage with a direction to the concerned department i.e. Respondent No. 1 to take decision on the proposal of the Petitioner as early as possible and not later than 8 weeks from the date of receipt of order of this Court. 5.

With the above directions, Writ Petition is disposed of. 6.
