Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to

amend the Petition and add Respondent Nos. 1a & 1b as party Respondents to this Petition. Since this prayer is not opposed, leave is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

Ms Desai, Advocate waives service on behalf of the newly added Respondent Nos. 1a & 1b and even files her Vakalatnama on their behalf. The same is taken on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the parties handing two sets of the Consent Terms both of which are marked as "X-1" & "X-2" for the purpose of identification.

The Consent Terms have been signed by the Petitioners as well as the Respondent Nos. 1a & 1b, who are now the only Respondents to this Petition.

The parties are present in the Court and they state that they have voluntarily signed these Consent Terms after understanding their scope and import.

The undertakings in paras 3, 7 & 9 of the Consent

Terms are accepted as undertakings to this Court. 7.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.
