At the outset learned APP states that the car in question, which is subject matter of the FIR, is already recovered and the investigating agency does not want to arrest the present applicant in connection with C.R.No.665/2020 dated 26.8.2020 registered at Kashimira Police Station, District-Thane under Sections 392, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of this clear statement, the application will have to be allowed. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) In the event of his arrest in connection with C.R.No.665/2020 registered with Kashimira Police Station, District-Thane the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called and shall cooperate with the investigation.

(iii) Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly.
