After hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial pertaining to C.R. No. 402 of 2015 registered with Oshiwara Police Station, Mumbai and culminated into Sessions Case No. 102 of 2016 does not commence within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
