Learned APP on instruction from Senior Jailor, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik submitted that, the copy of charge-sheet has been furnished on Petitioner on 13th June, 2019. Petitioner has accepted the same and written a letter to the Registrar of this Court making further grievance that the said charge-sheet was furnished to him seven months late. In view thereof, the grievance of Petitioner that, he is not been furnished with the copy of charge-sheet does not survive.

As far as the production of Petitioner before the Trial Court in Sessions Case No. 84 of 2019 is concerned, learned APP on instructions submitted that, the Petitioner has been produced before the Trial Court whenever police escort is available and in the absence of police escort, on various occasion through Video-Conferencing.
