Only prayer made in this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is of issuing a direction to the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Thane to decide the change report filed on 31st December 2014.

A judicial notice will have to be taken of the fact that in all the offices of the Assistant Charity Commissioners of the State, there is a huge
