1. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on the instructions of the petitioner, states that he will file an appeal under Section 82(2) of the Employees State Insurance Corporation Act within a period of two weeks from today and on that basis, he seeks to withdraw this writ petition.

2. Mr. Mehta, the learned counsel on behalf of the respondent states that he has no objection for withdrawal of the petition and he has no objection on the aspect of delay in filing the appeal.

3. In the meantime, subject to filing the appeal, till period of three weeks, the respondent shall not take any coercive steps pursuant to the impugned order.

4. Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
