Learned counsel for the petitioner states that by an order dated 27th September, 2020 passed by the Deputy Director (Education), Zilla Parishad, Pune approval for the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Junior Clerk has been granted for a period from 5th December, 2011 to 4th December, 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner produced a copy of the said order of sanction dated 27th September, 2020.

It is submitted by the learned counsel that in view of the said approval granted by the Deputy Director (Education), Zilla Parishad, Pune, and further order dated 19th October, 2020, prayer clause (a) does not survive. He further states that Deputy Director 1/2

33-wp4064-19.doc (Education) , Zilla Parishad, Pune be directed to grant sanction for payment of grant for the said post and for releasing the balance payment as well as consequential benefits.

The Deputy Director (Education), Zilla Parishad, Pune is directed to implement the said orders dated 27th September, 2020 and 19th October, 2020 and to pay consequential benefits to the petitioner including the difference in payment, if any, within four weeks from today. The name of the petitioner shall be entered in Salarth ID within two weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs. The parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
