In view of the aforesaid development, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

The petition stands disposed of.

Since Mr. Shaikh, the learned counsel for the petitioner has taken efforts to espouse the cause of the petitioner, we deem it Shraddha Talekar, PS 1/2
