Heard learned counsel for parties.

By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is challenging the acquisition of land bearing Gat.No. 1196 Moshi (old) new Gat.No. 76/1 situated at Borhadewadi, Tal. Haveli by declaring it as null and void. Mr Patil, learned advocate appearing on behalf of Respondent No.5 submits that they already passed an award on 20th October, 2016 under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. He has placed on record the photocopy Pg 1 of 2

28.wp.9355.2016.doc of the said award. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of this subsequent development, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition and the same stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
