Petitioner's application is for seeking return of cash security deposited by him before proceeding on parole / furlough leave. Record indicates that, in the past the Petitioner had reported late after availing parole/furlough leave in the year 2011 and 2014 by 124 and 180 days. Record further indicates that, action under Section 224 of Indian Penal Code has been taken against the Petitioner for resuming late.

2. In that view of the matter, Petitioner's request cannot be acceded to. Petitioner is given liberty to approach Competent Authority, if permissible in law with his grievance.

3. Petition stands disposed of.
