1] This is an application for modification of order dated 17th December 2015. By the said order, while releasing the applicant on bail this Court imposed condition upon the applicant to furnish one or two solvent local sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/-.

2] The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is unable to get the local sureties in the said amount. He therefore submitted that the applicant may be permitted to furnish surety from the State of Maharashtra and particularly from Distict-Dhule. He further submitted that as the applicant could not comply with the said condition, she is still languishing in jail, though an order of grant of bail is passed in her favour by this Court.

Dond 2/2 appp.148-2016.sxw 3] In view of the above and facts mentioned in the application, I am inclined to allow the present application. Hence, the following order:- (i) The condition No.1 in order dated 17th December 2015 is hereby modified and the applicant is hereby permitted to furnish one or two solvent sureties from the District-Dhule.
