Learned A.P.P submits that this is the second bail application and that the first bail application was dismissed vide order dated 22nd December, 2015 which was passed in Bail Application No. 2479 of 2015. He submits that the said order has been suppressed by the applicant. He further submits that in para 4 of the application, a false averment has been made that no bail application is filed before this Court or any other Court. SQ Pathan 1/2
