Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

By this petition, the petitioner prays for quashing and setting aside the order dated 29th January, 2018 passed by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Pune. The petitioner has lost before all the authorities and also before this Court in the earlier round of litigation reached in this Court in Writ Petition No. 3515 of 2001 which was dismissed by this Court by an order dated 02nd September, 2002. 4.

The Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal has considered all these aspects and has held that the findings recorded by the authorities 1/2

502-WP-2219-2018 below were concurrent in nature and were passed after considering the orders passed by this Court in the said writ petition. I do not find any infirmity in the order passed by the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal. The petition is thoroughly misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. (R.D. DHANUKA, J.) 2/2
