Learned counsel for the parties state that facts and issues in this case are akin the facts and issues in Writ Petition No. 3820 of 2024. The Court, by means of its order passed today i.e. 21st March, 2024, has already dismissed the Writ Petition No.3820 of 2024 with a further direction to the department to comply with the judgment and order passed by the Cenbtral Administrative Tribunal dated 19th June, 2023 within a period of two months. Accordingly, for the reasons given in the order passed by us today in Writ Petition No. 3820 of 2024, this Writ Petition also fails, which is hereby dismissed. We also direct that the department concerned shall comply with the judgment of the Central Administrative Tribunal within two months. There will be no order as to costs.

The Petitioner shall not be liable to pay cost in terms of the judgment of the Tribunal.
