The above Civil Application has been filed for interim stay of the Award passed by the MACT, Pune. The Learned Counsel for the Appellant Insurance Company states that the entire decretal amount has been deposited in the MACT, Pune. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
