1] Respondent No.2 is present in the Court. She has fled an afdadavit gidaving no objection to prayers to quash and set aside C.R. No.606 of 2016 (C.C. No. 2785/PW/2017). 2] Marriage between parties is dissoldaved by the Family Court, Bandra in Petition No.A-3176 of 2017 on 16th December 2019. As per settlement presented to that Court, amount of Rs.3 lakhs is to be receidaved by respondent No.2 and that amount is already deposited in the Family Court. 3] In this situation, accepting joint request, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (i) (N.R.
