Earlier on 21st December 2018, this Court had dismissed the application for want of prosecution, since spare copies were not supplied despite the fact that the notice was issued. On the same day, subsequently Mr. Mane mentioned the matter and the application was restored. The office note shows that the spare copies of the memorandum are not filed till today. Hence, the application stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
