Consent Terms were tendered the day before yesterday. A The representative of Dharmendra Cooperative Housing Society Limited is present today. He confirms that the Society is agreeable to the Consent Terms and he will sign these in Court on behalf of the Society. The Society's Advocate is also present. The learned Advocate appearing for the Society has undertaken to file his Vakalatnama within one week from today.

The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification with today's date. The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court. 3.
The disputes are settled in these terms. There will be an order in these terms.

All the Contempt Petitions and Civil Applications are dismissed. No costs.
