By this Petition, the Petitioners are seeking direction against the Respondents to decide their Appeal within the stipulated time.

The learned AGP Mr Sagare for Respondents submits that he has received instructions from the concerned Officer that the Petitioners' Appeal would be decided within four months from today. VRD

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for Petitioners, averments made in the Petition and statements made by the learned AGP, by consent following order is passed :- "(A) Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus :- (a) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the like nature, directing he Respondent No.3, to decide the Appeal of the Petitioners (annexed at Exh.A with the present Petition) within a stipulated time frame as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper;"
(B) the Respondents to decide the Appeal within four months on receipt of copy of this order;
(C) parties to act on authenticated copy of this order by the Sheristedar of this Court.
(D) No order as to costs.
