By this appeal, the Appellant challenges the order dated 24.12.2018 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court, Mumbai in L.C.Suit No.1207/2011 partly allowing their suit for declaration and injunction under section 34 and 37 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant, the following order is passed:
