Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of 15 days delay in challenging the order dated 24.12.2018 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court, Mumbai in L.C.Suit No.1207/2011.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the reasons disclosed in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.
