Learned AGP raised a preliminary objection as against the impugned order, the Petitioner has remedy of fling Revision before the State of Maharashtra under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code , 1966 (for short "Code"). 1/2

Considering the nature of the impugned order, the Petitioner is relegated to the remedy of Revision under Section 257 of the Code. All contentions are kept open. The period spent in prosecuting the Petition being bonafde, the same may be sympathetically considered in the event the objection regarding the limitation is raised.
