We have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. The learned Counsel submits that the respondent No.4 approached the respondent No.1. The respondent No.1 without notice to the present petitioner passed an interim orders against the petitioner not to take action for demolition of respondent No.4's structure.

The matter, it appears that, is pending with respondent No.1. The petitioner may appear before respondent No.1 and apprise the respondent No.1 of all the factual matrix as contended by the petition. In that event, all contentions of the petitioner are kept open. Gaikwad RD 1/2
