Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Office remark in the main writ petition shows that the affidavit of service filed by the Advocate for the petitioner on 16th December 2015 discloses that the private notice issued to the respondent Nos.7 to 9 is returned unserved with remark "Addressee shifted to Pune". Court notice is not yet received back.

In this application, the prayer is for a publication of notice in two daily newspapers i.e Tarun Bharat (Belgaon Edition) and Pudhari (Belgaon

caw557 edition). The concerned respondents are residing at Pune. In view of this position, this application cannot be entertained and the same is disposed of.
