Applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.6 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC. The submissions canvassed by the applicants are that except about mentioning their names in the diary which contains suicide note, there is no material on record connected to the crime in question.

2-ABAs-322-323-2016 Perused the case diary and also the suicide note. There is sufficient material to connect the present applicants to the crime in question, who have illegally obtained financial benefits from the deceased, which made him to commit suicide. As such, application is rejected. Ad-interim protection granted on 22.2.2016 is continued for a period of four weeks from today.
