1] This is a subsequent application for bail filed under Section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

The earlier application preferred by the applicant bearing Bail Application No. 2264 of 2017 was rejected by this Court vide its order dated 12th February 2018. There is no change in circumstance, least to say any substantive change in the circumstance that what was prevailing on 12th February 2018, except passage of time. I find no merit in the application.

2] Application is, accordingly, rejected.
