This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed while granting bail to the applicant vide order dated 6th September 2019 passed by this Court in CR No.9 of 2018. The applicant was directed to attend concerned Police Station on the first Saturday of every month between 10.00 am to 11.00 am for 24 months. 2.

It is submitted that except for some period during the lock down when he could not attend Police Station, the applicant has been attending the Trial Court and Police Station regularly. The period of 24 months would be over in September-2021. Learned APP submitted that the applicant is resident of Uttar Pradesh and hence the condition of attending was imposed. He should be available at the time of trial.

Learned counsel for applicant has, however, contended that the applicant has been attending Trial Court regularly and he would

Hence, clause-(iii) of the order dated 6th September 2019 in Bail Application No.2686 of 2018 is modified and it is directed that the applicant shall attend concerned Police Station on first Saturday of April-2021 and September-2021 between 11.00 am and 1.00 pm. Rest of the order dated 6th September 2019 remains intact. The Interim Application is disposed of. 4.
