(THROUGH- VIDEO CONFERENCING) P.C.:- The present petition is filed on the apprehension that, coercive action would be taken against the Petitioners for not passing the TET examination.

Though the Division Bench of this Court (Aurangabad Bench) has taken a view that, passing of the TET examination is mandatory, Petitions are filed in the Hon'ble Supreme Court, where the Hon'ble Supreme Court has ordered the parties to maintain status quo. That being the position, the apprehension of the Petitioners of termination of service on the ground of not passing the TET 1/2

ssm 2 47-wp2434.20.doc examination at present is not warranted.

It is not necessary to keep the Petition pending as the issue will now be governed by the decision of the Supreme Court. Granting liberty to the Petitioners, in case a contingency arises in future, to file a Petition afresh, the Writ Petition is disposed off. (AMIT B. BORKAR, J.)
