The only relief sought in the above petition is an expeditious disposal of the Special Civil Suit No.1941 of 2007. The said relief is sought on the ground that the Plaintiff No.1 is more than 71 years of age. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that though there are 315 Defendants, either a no Written Statement or an exparte order has been passed against the Defendant Nos.1 to 313 and therefore the contesting Defendants are only the Defendant Nos.314 and 315. Hence accepting the statement made by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the hearing of the Suit is expedited. With the aforesaid directions the Writ Petition is disposed of. [R.M.SAVANT, J] mmj
