This is an application for early hearing of appeal filed by the State challenging the acquittal of the respondents therein of offences punishable under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. 2.

Several jail applications in which the the appellants are undergoing jail sentence are pending before this Court. Hence, in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Hussain & anr. Vs.
