The grievance of the petitioner, it appears, is that the respondent nos.2 and 3 are not forwarding pension proposal to respondent nos. 4 to 6. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 31st October, 2022. The petitioner is appointed from the reserved category. A proposal for validation of the caste claim is pending with respondent no.7. 2.

The learned AGP, on instructions from respondent no.7, submits that the petitioner's matter is kept for hearing on 13th March, 2023. The vigilance is already concluded. The petitioner must have filed her say to the vigilance report and as such the matter is kept for hearing on 13th March, 2023.

The petitioner shall appear before the respondent no.7/Committee on 13th March, 2023 and co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The respondent no.7/Committee endeavour to decide the proceeding within two months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. Depending upon the judgment that may be delivered by the Committee, the respondent nos.2 and 3 shall take immediate steps in the matter.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
