Heard Mr. Kasle, learned Counsel for applicants in all the Applications, Mr. Shah for respondents No.1 to 4 in C.R.A.No.404 of 2013 and respondents No.1, 5, 8, 9 and 11 in C.R.A.No.639 of 2012 as also Mr. Chavan for respondent No.1 in C.R.A.No.270 of 2013. 2.
Mr. Kasle, upon taking telephonic instructions from the applicants, seeks permission to withdraw these Applications on the ground that parties have filed compromise terms in the trial Court. Mr. Shah and Mr. Chavan have no objection.

Hence, on the motion made by Mr. Kasle, Applications are allowed to be withdrawn with no order as to costs. Civil Revision Applications are disposed of.
