Heard. This petition is filed for following relief. "(b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order and directions, thereby ordering and directing the Respondent no.3 to lodge and / or register complaint against the Respondent nos. 4 to 6 for the offence committed by them in pursuance of the complaint dated 08.02.2015 and 13.02.2015 lodged by the petitioner."

Mr. Yagnik, learned APP, having taken instructions from the concerned Officer, who is present in the Court, makes a statement that the inquiry in respect of the petitioner's complaint dated 08.02.2015 and 13.02.2015 is in progress. He states that the petitioner is required to produce the proceedings of Civil Suit between the petitioner and respondent nos.5 and 6. The learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes that he will supply the documents required by the concerned police officer within a period of two days. Statement is accepted.

The concerned officer, thereafter, shall conclude preliminary inquiry within 7 days and intimate the decision to the petitioner accordingly.
