It is the grievance of Petitioner that, investigating agency forced him to give a confessional statement before the Sessions Court at Alibaug.

It will be open for the Petitioner to make his grievance before the concerned Court seized of the trial wherein the alleged confessional statement of the Petitioner is recorded. The Trial Court shall consider the same as per the provisions of law.

Petition is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
