Learned counsel representing the State Election Commission, on instructions, states that in relation to the villages subject matter of these petitions, the entire process from the stage of

2 w1895.15 drawing lots will be recalled and a fresh process will be undertaken from the stage of drawing lots. He further states that the objections will be heard by an officer duly authorised by the State Election Commissioner. We accept the said statements made on instructions.
