The parties are ad-idem that all these writ petitions can be disposed of in the light of the order dated 20th June 2022 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court at Aurangabad Bench on a bunch of writ petitions with Writ Petition No. 2461 of 2022 (Chetan Pramod Gangele vs. The State of Maharashtra and Ors.) being the lead matter.

In such view of the matter, no other order is required to be passed on this bunch of writ petitions except that the petitioners shall be entitled to similar benefits as the petitioners before the Aurangabad Bench.
