The Petitioner's application for stay pending the Revision has been rejected by the Hon'ble Minister for Dairy, Government of Maharashtra, in view thereof since the said event has occurred post the filing of the above Petition, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the above Petition with liberty to take recourse against the said order dated 10.03.2016. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
