With reference to paragraphs 1 of the said Petition, the Petitioner has given details about the order. I say that the Respondent No.8 has not deposited the amount of election expenses, therefore the process could

10. WP 4762.23.doc not started. Now the society has deposited the election expenses therefore the process can be started after government extension is over i.e. after 30/09/2023 as the case may be, if there is no other legal impediment." 2.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he is satisfied with this statement and does not press the Petition, and if after 1 October 2023 the elections are not held, then the Petitioner will approach this Court with his challenge.
