Civil Application No.192 of 2017 seeks condonation of delay of 130 days in filing the second appeal. The application is opposed by learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.6 and 9. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the delay is condoned. Office shall now number the second appeal and place the same for admission on 3 April 2017. Respondent Nos.6 and 9 waive service. The second appeal be served on other Respondents. The Applicants/Appellants are permitted to effect a private service on these other Respondents and file an affidavit of service by the next date.
