P.C.:- Learned counsel appearing for the applicant fairly submitted that, after rejection of application filed by the applicant below Exh.56 in Special Case No.469 of 2019 under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Trial Court has framed charge on 16th February 2021. She further submitted that, the Trial Court has now scheduled the said proceedings for recording of evidence of PW-1 tomorrow i.e. 25th February 2021.

In view thereof, nothing survives in the present Petition and is accordingly disposed off.

It is needless to mention that, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all his contentions before the Trial Court at the time of trial. (A.S. GADKARI, J.) 1/1
